According to the agenda the Commission reviewed over 30 items related to the improvement of methodological approaches to selected statistical domains and ensuring data comparability at the international level, namely, it discussed common open standards for the exchange and sharing of data and metadata, national quality assurance frameworks, national accounts, gender statistics, agriculture and environment statistics, price statistics, tourism statistics, and other.
The most closely reviewed and debated issues were human development statistics, including the production of Human Development Reports, and implementation of the International Comparison Programme of the 2011 round and the global and regional levels.
