In January-February 2026 the agricultural production in farms of all types (agricultural organisations, private farms and household plots) at current prices was BYN 3631.2 million, an increase of 2.8% at constant prices compared with January-February 2025. The agricultural production in agricultural organisations was BYN 3588.2 million, an increase of 3% at constant prices compared with January-February of the previous year.
The share of agricultural organisations was 97.5% of the production of livestock and poultry (in live weight), 98.7% of the milk production, 95% of the production of eggs.
The production of livestock and poultry (in live weight) in agricultural organisations was recorded at 298.9 thous. tonnes, an increase of 3.9% compared with January-February 2025. The milk production was at 1447.2 thous. tonnes (+2.5%), the production of eggs was at 568 million units (99.9% of the level of January-February 2025).
As at 1st March 2026 the cattle population in agricultural organisations numbered 3.9 million heads, the number of cows being 1.4 million heads. The number of pigs totaled 2 million heads.
