Abstract:
The statistical book presents data featuring investment activities and housing stock in the Republic of Belarus.
The book contains information on fixed capital investment by ownership types, sources of financing, economic activities; on investment in housing construction, environmental protection and rational use of natural resources; and on foreign investment.
Published are key indicators of housing conditions, average prices of the square metre of total floor space of housing, and incomes of the population.
The book provides data on the commissioning of fixed assets, non-residential buildings, industrial facilities, residential and social facilities.
Provided are statistics on the availability and movement of housing stock, its provision with amenities, on the distribution of households by type of housing and available amenities.
The book contains information on the activities of construction organisations, employment in construction, and distribution of employees by personnel category, educational attainment and age. Provided are data on calendar time use, manufacture of major industrial products for construction; selected indicators of financial and economic activities; data on exports and imports of building materials.
